A Bathory design for Blood Fire Death, the 1988 album that holds some of the first Viking metal. Its cover is Peter Nicolai Arbo's 1872 painting The Wild Hunt of Odin: armed riders and partly clothed figures storming across the sky on dark horses, under the band's logo in gold. The painting is shown as it appears on the record.
